Refund Policy

This Refund Policy applies to Expression Loss products unless a specific product or store listing provides a different refund policy.
Product-specific policies
Section titled “Product-specific policies”Some products may have different refund terms because they are sold through a different store, payment provider, or license model. If a product includes a separate refund policy, that product policy controls for that product.
Purchases from app stores
Section titled “Purchases from app stores”If you purchased an app through the Apple App Store, Microsoft Store, or another third-party marketplace, refund requests are handled by that store under its own refund process and policies. Please request a refund through the store where you made the purchase.
Purchases from our website
Section titled “Purchases from our website”For products purchased directly from Expression Loss, you may request a refund within 15 days of purchase unless the product page states a different period. Contact [email protected] with your order details and the reason for the request.
We review direct refund requests after receiving them. If approved, we will issue the refund to the original payment method when possible. The timing of the refund may depend on your bank, card issuer, or payment provider.
